Although I live several hundred miles away, I needed to have my brother-in-law's house sanitized, so I called Bio-One of Detroit West. Chris Davis returned my call promptly, and was able to get the job done within a week. He kept me up to date on what was happening throughout the process, and he and his crew did an amazing job of restoring the house to prime condition. It was a pleasure working with them.

OMG! I can not recommend this company enough! 100% professional from start to finish. Called and set up an appointment and accidentally missed the appointment. I thought that I would have to wait at least an extra week, but they were amazingly able to come over a couple of hours later. Initially, I was a little skeptical considering that their physical location was difficult to find on Google Maps and due to the fact that EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that they had was a 5 star review. But now I can see why that is and it's because they earn it! Warren is nothing else but amazing at his work and has an awesome personality to boot! When he was done, it was like it never even happened, and the place looked even better than it did before the incident😅 Obviously hiring someone to do this kind of work gets pricey but if I ever need this kind of work done again they will absolutely be my 1st and only call! Warren came out to my home after I discovered a large amount of mouse droppings in the ceiling tiles. He arrived on-time and provided me with a detailed breakdown of what he was going to do and made sure to answer any questions I had. After starting he got to work and was in and out quickly as he worked the entire time. When finished, he made sure I went over the area to ensure I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend to anyone I know

They came out to the house to clean to clean cat urine and feces off of floor.They did an excellent job.Warren the guy that did the job is very professional about the work he does.
