Mr. Davis and his crew were very upfront with the plan and timing and cost and delivered. They paid attention to detail, cleaned thoroughly, and were very positive and happy doing it. The exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them. They were fair with pricing, and worked where they could to minimize cost. The job took three days, and I was on site for much of time. They were very easy to work with and I enjoyed getting to know the team.

OMG! I can not recommend this company enough! 100% professional from start to finish. Called and set up an appointment and accidentally missed the appointment. I thought that I would have to wait at least an extra week, but they were amazingly able to come over a couple of hours later. Initially, I was a little skeptical considering that their physical location was difficult to find on Google Maps and due to the fact that EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that they had was a 5 star review. But now I can see why that is and it's because they earn it! Warren is nothing else but amazing at his work and has an awesome personality to boot! When he was done, it was like it never even happened, and the place looked even better than it did before the incident😅 Obviously hiring someone to do this kind of work gets pricey but if I ever need this kind of work done again they will absolutely be my 1st and only call! It’s been 3 years since we last needed Bio-One’s service, so we called on them as a trusted source again. This time to clear out a flooded basement and address mold remediation. Chris and his crew are excellent. Professional, curious, on time, kind, and completed the job with excellent quality. We are very happy with their work. We feel Chris and Bio-One are members of our family. We will always call on this company.
