Bio-One Detroit West is the best in the business, 5 star all the way! We hired them to clean up a family member’s condo. We were overwhelmed with the condition and contents in the condo which ended up being a cross between hoarding and biohazard. The owner Chris was very prompt with a return call and got the job started right away. Chris has a very kind and compassionate demeanor which makes you feel at ease from the moment you meet him. His communication skills are excellent, and was able to put our anxiety over the situation to rest. Everything from communication, attention to detail, and the hands-on work were top notch. Chris was responsive from the first point of contact and was able to fit me in on a Sunday. Warren was the tech who performed the bio cleanup and was very professional. He walked me through the entire process in great detail. Chris went out of his way to come to the site once the job was done to walk me through the inspection. Chris Davis at Bio-One Detroit West is a true professional! He helped me greatly during a stressful time. His team at Bio-One took on a difficult cleaning task that involved unsanitary conditions and hoarding. I have had to tackle similar "projects" over the years to help an elderly parent. The last time I had to tackle this myself (with the help of a dear cousin), I swore I would never deal with it again. Fortunately, with Chris and his team to rescue me, I could leave the dirty job to someone else. These types of jobs place the cleaning crew at risk of health hazards when dealing with multiple unsafe situations. I commend their ability to do so efficiently, professionally, and reasonably. I was working with Chris long-distance, and he kept me informed every step of the way and went above and beyond. To say that Chris treated me like family is an understatement.
