OMG! I can not recommend this company enough! 100% professional from start to finish. Called and set up an appointment and accidentally missed the appointment. I thought that I would have to wait at least an extra week, but they were amazingly able to come over a couple of hours later. Initially, I was a little skeptical considering that their physical location was difficult to find on Google Maps and due to the fact that EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that they had was a 5 star review. But now I can see why that is and it's because they earn it! Warren is nothing else but amazing at his work and has an awesome personality to boot! When he was done, it was like it never even happened, and the place looked even better than it did before the incident😅 Obviously hiring someone to do this kind of work gets pricey but if I ever need this kind of work done again they will absolutely be my 1st and only call! Highly recommend Bio One Detroit West if you need a biohazard cleanup. Chris responded quickly, met us at the house the very next morning and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Warren came out to my home after I discovered a large amount of mouse droppings in the ceiling tiles. He arrived on-time and provided me with a detailed breakdown of what he was going to do and made sure to answer any questions I had.
