Chris Davis and his team did an amazing job cleaning up a hoarding situation for my family. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were a hard working crew and they managed to plow through an incredibly daunting task in just a few days. They were also very respectful, trustworthy and sensitive to being as discreet as possible considering the nature of the job. Incredible work Bio-one, thank you for all you did for our family !

OMG! I can not recommend this company enough! 100% professional from start to finish. Called and set up an appointment and accidentally missed the appointment. I thought that I would have to wait at least an extra week, but they were amazingly able to come over a couple of hours later. Initially, I was a little skeptical considering that their physical location was difficult to find on Google Maps and due to the fact that EVERY SINGLE REVIEW that they had was a 5 star review. But now I can see why that is and it's because they earn it! Warren is nothing else but amazing at his work and has an awesome personality to boot! When he was done, it was like it never even happened, and the place looked even better than it did before the incident😅 Obviously hiring someone to do this kind of work gets pricey but if I ever need this kind of work done again they will absolutely be my 1st and only call! Bio-One did an excellent job for me and my family! My family member passed and left behind a home that required lots of cleaning and junk removal. Mr. Davis and his crew showed empathy and understanding toward us and our situation, and assured us that we were in good hands. Mr. Davis and his crew were very upfront with the plan and timing and cost and delivered. They paid attention to detail, cleaned thoroughly, and were very positive and happy doing it. The exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them. They were fair with pricing, and worked where they could to minimize cost. The job took three days, and I was on site for much of time. They were very easy to work with and I enjoyed getting to know the team.

My situation was a little unique. I called and spoke with Chris. He answered and was soooooooo calm and compassionate. He listened and truly empathized with my situation. He went on to politely explain why my situation didn’t qualify for the service they complete. Chris then called a company that could help me! He texted me back in less than 30 minutes with the information I needed. I want everyone to know that Chris very selflessly, went above and beyond to help me. I needed that.
